How long does shipping take?

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders will ship 2-4 business days after you place order. This does not include the time spent in transit. Please check your tracking information sent to you before contacting our customer service members.

Please note, Sattvik is not liable for incorrect information including shipping information submitted at checkout. Please double check your address before submitting your order.

NOTE: during new releases, holidays, etc. there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time.
Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

Total distance between us and you
Whether your shipment is domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else)

Domestic Shipping
DHL – eCommerce (which is turned over to USPS for final delivery)

International Shipping (Does not account for time at customs, border inspection facilities, etc.)
DHL— World Wide (will service all countries excluding current embargoed countries)

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

Total weight of package

We are not responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes required by customs. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
